I have been using Easy Weather for 3 or 4 years, and export my log data on a regular basis, and when I do, the program shows a list of previous exports, so I know what name to call the new one.
Having bought a new PC, I wanted to migrate software and data to my new PC. When I looked for the exported log files, they are not there, despite still being listed within EasyWeather! Easyweather says I'm exporting to the Easy Weather program's directory, but when I looked there, there are no files there, why?

Indeed, the software stores the recorded data in a file located in the installation directory.
The file you need to backup or check is: c:\Program Files (x86)\Easyweather\EasyWeather.mdb
Copy this file, and install the software on the new machine, then replace it and load the application, then the values will appear.
I can't download the data from my weather station to the computer now that I have upgraded to Windows 10 -- worked perfectly before that. I have version 7.8.

Your weather stations isn't probably detected by the Windows 10 with the new updates application. As always, try to install the drivers for the device once again to see what is happening, and if it doesn't work, then go to Start > Settings > Backup and Security > Recovery > Get Back.
The Get Back feature allows you to get back to the previous version of Windows where everything worked. This is especially useful when you need to wait until the developers release compatible updates for your device and software.
I have the touch screen Easyweather station but the data won't load to my PC. Can you help?

For data to load on your PC, a direct connection needs to be established between the EasyWeather and the weather station. I've seen users in the past that had issues with this and it appears that the problem is related to connectivity. Check the EasyWeather's connection methods and parameters.
Additionally, check the built-in Help section to learn how to start capturing the data from the weather station.
I have just bought a weather station with EasyWeather, but I have a Windows 7 PC and there are problems registering the rainfall. Where can I get an updated version?

You can visit Software Informer review page of the product in order to obtain a link to the official download. Press the green Download button, save the file to your computer and extract the installation package using WinRAR or WinZip. After that, open the folder, right-click on the Easyweather.exe.rename file and select Rename. Change the file name from Easyweather.exe.rename to Easyweather.exe and launch the installer.
Do you have or are you planning to develop software that can be used on Mac computers? I have just purchased one of the weather stations but I am unable to use it. Want to know if I need to return it and get my money back.

The software works only on Windows operating system. I have downloaded the latest version from the official website and I was able to install it on Windows. Unfortunately, it's not possible to install the application on Mac, but there is a way out. Download WineBottler and install it on Mac. Once it's installed, transfer the executable file on Mac and run it through Wine. Wine is an application developed to run Windows software without installing Windows.
I have recently cleared the data at the weather station (after exporting to a data directory) and after that I couldn't get "history" or graphs. The station is communicating with the PC but it seems that no data can be retrieved. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and also powered down the station by removing the batteries and then restarted it with no success. What can I do?

Firstly, in order to fix the issue, I suggest you update EasyWeather software to the latest version. Download the .zip package from the official web page, extract it using WinRAR and install the utility following the on-screen instructions. After that, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Locate your station driver, right-click on its icon and uninstall it. Reboot your computer, connect the machine to PC, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and reinstall the drivers. If you still have problems, use the contact information from the official web page to get in touch with the support team.
You need to determine the timezone of your location and select it from the Time Zone drop down menu. If you're in +3 then go and select +3 as the data is gathered and displayed based on the general time zone. The menu can be accessed form the System > Setup.
