My EasyWeather software doesn't work. When I try to download data it opens and closes. I used it for about three years and it worked fine till now. I used 8.4 version. I installed 9.3 version but this didn't fix the problem. I use a PC, my operating system is Windows 11. How can I fix this probelm? Thank you
